The Electronic Resources department at Georgetown has been using slack<https://slack.com/> for at least six months and likes it quite a lot.

Subject: [teknoids] Is anyone using enterprise social media to capture internal communications?
A law firm librarian mentioned to me:
We are curating a program about enterprise social media/networking as a form of knowledge management. The idea is to capture internal communications, which can then be referenced later by someone (internal users only) via search.
They were wondering if any law schools (or courts) were using social media. Have any of you tried this? Some of us in the Chicago-Kent library tried out Yammer once, but that was quite a while ago. Thank you!
