SAVE THE DATE! ESCon 2010 - Law School Electronic Services Conference
Greetings from Newtown!
It is our pleasure to invite members of the law school technology and admission community to ESCon 2010, the Law School Electronic Services Conference. The Conference is hosted by Law School Admission Council and will take place April 13-15, 2010, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This year, the ESCon planning group has created a program that continues to build on the communication and collaboration established at last year's conference and explores the present and future of the law school admission process. The sessions explore a variety of topics from social networking, the paperless office and blogging to improving collaboration and communication between IT and admission staff. This year's Keynote Address will be given by technology pioneer, futurist, and author Michael Rogers. Michael's consultancy, Practical Futurist, helps companies worldwide think about the future, companies such as Boeing, FedEx, and GE to name a few. ESCon 2010 promises to be an event not to be missed. We encourage all member schools to consider sending both IT and admissions professionals.
A senior IT professional from each law school may attend at no cost-the registration covers flights, two room nights and taxes at Caesars Palace, ground transportation in Las Vegas, and conference meals. Other IT representatives may attend for a per-person registration fee of $200, which covers two room nights and taxes at Caesars Palace, and conference meals.
Two admission professionals may attend for a per-school registration fee of $200, which covers two room nights and taxes at Caesars Palace, and conference meals for both attendees. Subsequent admission representatives may attend for a per-person registration fee of $200, which covers two room nights and taxes at Caesars Palace, and conference meals.
