We developed one in-house via ColdFusion and Microsoft Access. Has
Tracking and searching and assigning capabilities, plus the back end
database for those lovely annual reports J

I'm looking for a simple open source trouble ticket/project request
product to use in conjunction with our web development team (one guy
plus a student worker or two now and then).
We'll probably have to run it with IIS. Ah the politics of tech...
A cheap hosted solution is also interesting.
We don't need a lot of bells and whistles, just a tracking and
