I recently purchased a product, Camtasia by TechSmith, that I've been using to capture webinars.  So far it has been fabulous for this purpose.  I'd also recommend it for training.

EDUCAUSE is going to have a presentation from the LSU CIO on April 5th 
that is relevant to our Law School Emergency Planning Project
